Our history, our mission
The CENTRE DUPONT SA was created in 1963 and focuses on human resources and career counselling. It's currently directed by Elisabeth Leo-Dupont, Ph.D. in psychology.
Our Centre employs three university graduate psychologists as well as a specialist in clinical psychology and an economist specialist in management, organisation and corporate governance. Our psychologists are all members of the Swiss Psychologists Federation (FSP). Ever conscious of cultural and linguistic differences, we work in French, English, German, and Italian.
The mission of the Centre is to:
-
Elaborate your professional identity and provide guidance, professional reorientation, and assessments or coaching
-
Advise top management on internal promotion
-
Provide outplacement for managers
-
Accompany board members of companies, foundations and other organisations in strategic decision making with audits and recruitment of line managers
-
Offer professional advice and counselling to individuals making decisions of career choice or career change, and to organisations making important hiring or promotion decisions for internal key positions
These two poles of activity, human resources and career counselling, mutually enhance each other, leading to regular updates.
Combining our in-depth knowledge of the current job market and the opportunities for professional training and education along with our psychological expertise in the dynamics of individuals and organizations, we develop with our clients ambitious but realistic strategies.
Up to now, some 35.000 individuals have solicited the Centre Dupont SA for private or professional advice, from a diversity of fields such as medical, legal, financial, industrial or public administration.
Whether the mandate comes from a private individual or from an organisation, the team of our Centre assumes the highest level of ethics at all times.
