Our process consists of five phases :
- Meeting the client in order to understand the expectations of the company as well as the requirements of the position, the environment and the context of the job
- Agree upon a search strategy - direct or via media
- Analyze and pre-select candidates based on their CVs, interviews and further information
- Present the best 4-6 candidates with summarized recommendations
- Finalize the search through competence surveys with 2 or 3 candidates selected for in-depth examination
- The motivation beyond that given first impression
- Ability to adjust to a new professional environment and company culture
- Management qualification
- Evolutionary potential for further responsibilities
