Our process consists of five phases :

  1. Meeting the client in order to understand the expectations of the company as well as the requirements of the position, the environment and the context of the job
  2. Agree upon a search strategy - direct or via media
  3. Analyze and pre-select candidates based on their CVs, interviews and further information
  4. Present the best 4-6 candidates with summarized recommendations
  5. Finalize the search through competence surveys with 2 or 3 candidates selected for in-depth examination
To be sure that the candidate is qualified and that he/she will adjust to the company’s profile, the following factors are assessed :
  • The motivation beyond that given first impression
  • Ability to adjust to a new professional environment and company culture
  • Management qualification
  • Evolutionary potential for further responsibilities
  • Sense of team work
  • Endurance under stress and pressure
The results are drawn up in a psycho-professional profile, and if requested, we will follow the hiring process up to the final decision and beyond. By implementing this procedure in part or in its integrality, we work with our client to minimize the risk of errors so inherent in the hiring of new collaborators.
