Our quality management
In 2003 when the Centre Dupont SA celebrated its 40th anniversary, we asked an external consultant to verify the validity of our advice as well as our clients’ satisfaction.
This analysis was carried out among 500 clients aged 15 to 25, whom we had met for guidance between 1990 and 1998.
They were asked to answer a structured questionnaire completed by telephone interviews with a return rate of 40 %, which is rather outstanding for this kind of analysis.
- 80% of these clients followed our recommendations, and 2/3 did so with a high degree of success
- 86% were satisfied with their actual achievements due to our guidance
Ever since this quantitative and qualitative analysis provided excellent results, we immediately introduced a system of quality control not only with our young clients but also with adults requesting us for talent assessment or professional reorientation. Thank to this process of continuous improvement, we regularly adapt our methods to the needs and aspirations of our clients as well as to the labour market.
