Our methods


To analyse an individual's complexity requires reliable and objective measurements of the relevant factors involved. Among the various instruments available we have selected and developed:

  • Tests of aptitudes and intellectual competence

  • Professional task simulation

  • Questionnaires regarding personal interests and values

  • Personality inventories

Our psychologists conduct structured interviews to better understand the individual’s personal history and attitudes, to make a comprehensive, multidimensional assessment of the individual, as well as a prediction about his/her future development and the individual’s likelihood of success. These results and recommendations are summarised in a written report.
